Keith has been the pastor of small, large and mega churches and his most recent experience was executive pastor of the Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove. He writes, speaks, teaches, leads retreats, coaches pastors and leaders, and consults through his own organization, Becoming the Change Ministries.
