Today on Hustlin with Houses, we have the main man, Keith Firmin. Keith has had 10 years in the game and seen ups and downs. Keith, in his past life, was a police officer. When he lost his love for being in the force, he decided to team up with his wife, who had a small portfolio, and get involved on the investing side with her. Keith specialises in direct-to-vendor strategy. Keith uses all kinds of different strategies, usually starting out with BRR, then moving into flips and HMOs.
