At the same time, broader initiatives like TrumpRx are aimed at reducing prescription drug costs, which directly impacts access to treatment, medication-assisted recovery, and long-term care for individuals struggling with addiction. Taken together, the intent I was trying to convey was a multi-pronged approach—disrupting drug trafficking, tightening oversight of programs, and reducing barriers to treatment through cost reduction.
