Kelley Hoag is a behavioral health advisor and the founder of Root To Rise Health. Having been someone who started and enjoyed therapy sessions as early as first grade, Kelley always thought she’d grow up to be a psychologist or therapist. After later realizing she was fascinated with human behavior, she went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. With multiple bicoastal moves under her belt, Kelley found that schedules and strict work boundaries were something that didn't best serve her in every day life. Flexibility is key for her, and she’s able to live a life that is aligned best to her. Kelley and I dive in today to hear how she’s taken her own internal overwhelm and created a life that allows her personal peace as well as the ability to help others create a lifestyle that is best aligned to them. I believe that alignment begins internally at the root of our core. It often manifests within and translates into how we rise into the truest and most centered versions of ourselves. Here’s to growing on the go today with Kelley Hoag!
