The bottom line is that the quarantine has been really tough on people in the Dubuque community. Late in February Kelley created the Facebook Group titled I Need Help - Dubuque. She has been blown away with the positive response and the outpouring of support for and by the Dubuque community.
With 4500+ plus member and growing everyday it is an amazing tool to get the information or resources that you need. Join the group and DM Kelley so that you can stay anonymous and Kelley's posts carry weight in the group. If you know of someone in need do the same thing and tell Kelley about them.
