Today's episode spotlights Kellie Pagador, a sophomore at Stanford University studying psychology and playing for the Stanford varsity women's soccer team. This past season, Kellie and the Stanford women's soccer team won the Pac-12, an athletic conference for Division I athletes in the Western US. While recovering from a significant knee injury throughout high school, Kellie developed a passion for the mind and body connection. At Stanford, Kellie now works as a Research Assistant in the Mind & Body Lab where she is pursuing research in this interdisciplinary and impactful field. Outside of soccer and school, Kellie loves to be outside, whether that be surfing or hiking.
