After days of speculation about her future, Optus chief executive Kelly Bayer Rosmarin has resigned. The decision to quit comes after Ms Bayer Rosmarin face intense criticism a nationwide outage on November the 8th stranded ten million Optus customers. The question now is whether a new CEO will be able to rebuild the telco's smashed reputation.
