A Cup of TEA

Kelly Dockerty and Jess Gleisinger

Listen Later

In this week's episode we're joined by Kelly Dockerty, Director of Education and Student Experience and Jess Gleisinger, a student from the School of Education to talk about a project in which students examined a problem-based scenario on a real-world sustainable development issue that was aligned to the National Curriculum. We talk about inclusive and authentic assessment and how the approach has had a positive effect on student learning.

The pair have also published an article outlining their work which is available at https://www.geography.org.uk/journals/primary-geography
