In August 1984, 13 year-old Kelly Jean Harris is riding her bicycle through her neighborhood in Jackson, Michigan. When Kelly never returns home but her bike turns up later that day at a park, her case is initially classified as a runaway. However, a closer look at the adults in Kelly’s life leads detectives to a prime suspect in her disappearance.
