This week we chatted with Kelly Noonan Gores, the Writer, and Director of the documentary Heal. 

If you haven’t seen this documentary yet, it’s time! Understanding the effects that our emotions, thoughts and beliefs have on our health has been a long obsession of ours and this documentary really hit home for us.

In this interview, we found out how Kelly got to this space and what inspired her to make this documentary.

We also got to hear Kelly’s take on why some people are so inspired to heal and some people are so resistant.
