Welcome to season 2! We are back with more talented & wonderful guests to share their stories and journeys with you. I hope you enjoy!
On this episode we chat with Kelsy Stromski, founder and creative director of Favor The Brave Co. out of Newbury, MA. In 2014, she traded the 9-to-5 for a life of fearless creativity — founding her own design studio and never looking back. Since then, she’s lived on an island, received a tattoo from a monk, jumped off a cliff in Moab, sailed through the Philippines, skied by glaciers in the French Alps, galloped across Morocco on horseback, had a beautiful baby boy and pressed pause on business every winter to immerse herself in a new corner of the world.
Together we talk about how she grew up, where her business got it's start, what challenges she has faced running a design company and two creative studios, and how she decided that working 24/7 into burnout was not the path she wanted and what that restructure looks like. This interview was recorded while she was spending time in Morocco with her family as she enjoyed a break to refresh and get inspired by a place away from home and work.
We hope you enjoy this episode!
