Ep.8 Season Finale! Meet Kelvin Tan, chef and spice bag lover. Born in Malaysia, brought up in Navan, Co. Meath, Kelvin is now based in Nottingham where he is a Sous Chef at Sat Baines, a two-Michelin Star restaurant. We chat about food mainly! from chicken balls, 3 in 1s to artichokes and his love for authentic Chinese home cooking which has led him to Instagram stardom during the pandemic.
