Kemp Powers and Joaquim Dos Santos -- two of the three directors of Sony's Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse -- join CBR's Dynamic Duos podcast to discuss their work on the highly anticipated film.

Powers is best known as the writer behind One Night in Miami and Pixar's Soul, and comic fans might recognize Dos Santos from his work directing Justice League Unlimited and Voltron: Legendary Defender. Ahead of Across the Spider-Verse's June 2 theatrical release, The two filmmakers discussed their lifelong love of comic books, their experience working on the follow-up to 2018's iconic Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, the importance of developing Miles Morales as a more mature, capable hero, and expanding on Spider-Gwen's character.
