Chamber President, Pammie Jimmar, talks with Ken and Lori Hill, owners of Athens Alehouse & Cellar on the Athens Square. Former military and aerospace pros, the idea for the Alehouse was sparked by a craft brewing kit Ken received as a gift over a decade ago. Fast forward, they have been in business on the Square for almost four years now offering a family-friendly atmosphere with live music, a diverse menu, patio, and a catering service. Chef Bill's menu changes five times a year, with seasonal offerings and new specials. Featuring wine dinners, sip and sings, and their Pancake and Stout Breakfast Club, Athens Alehouse is a local favorite in downtown Athens.
