On the last episode of the Kendra Scott Self Made Sister series, I'm introducing you to my first Kendra Scott sister, Stephanie Rand. Stephanie is now the District Manager for North Texas and Oklahoma, but Steph and I started together in St. Louis back in 2015. We created an instant bond as business partners and friends and even though we've grown our Kendra Scott careers in different directions, she will always be my Kendra Scott OG. Stephanie is not only an amazing wife and mom, she's a servant and respected leader, coach and mentor that engages and motivates her teams to success.
