Kenneth McDuff was dubbed the broomstick murderer after one of his victims was strangled with a broom handle. This week Krystle tells us about the awful crimes he committed throughout his life. The system fails us yet again as this man was able to walk in and out of prison. Thankfully this particular case helped change laws to prevent this from happening in the future. Though those laws are still not what they should be.
