Sometimes we tend to think burdens are equal to sins, but is this always the case? Jesus bore our sins on the cross, but He had his own burdens to bear too. How could expect to fulfill the law of Christ without burdens to be carried? Perhaps helping others with their burdens can be a form of strength training in bearing our own burdens too.
