In this episode of My Adventures With Digimon, we’re breaking down Digimon Adventure 02 Episode 8, “Ken’s Secret,” and this one was just a blast, getting to see Ken interact with the DigiDestined in the real world during the soccer match adds such a fun (and slightly off) layer, especially as Davis tries to prove himself, but everything shifts once we hit the Digital World and that intense Deltamon moment where Davis is forced to choose between his friends. It all builds to that huge final reveal, the Digimon Emperor’s identity finally clicks, and realizing it’s been Ken all along completely changes the way this story feels going forward.
