Kento Nakajima, born March 13, 1994, is a talented Japanese actor, performer, and member of the record-breaking JPOP boyband Sexy Zone since the age of 17.

A household name in his native country with dozens of starring film and TV roles under his belt, he made his first steps toward overseas recognition as the leading man in the 2022 Netflix Original romantic tearjerker Love Like the Falling Petals. He has also officially represented Japan live from the Academy Awards twice, acting as the on-the-ground presenter and red-carpet celebrity interviewer for broadcast network WOWOW.

Affectionately known as “Kenty" by fans, Nakajima was raised by his mother to embrace and embody the principles of a true gentleman. Apart from his professional musical and acting pursuits, he has a passion for playing the piano, and frequently showcases his talent during concerts. In the summer of 2022, Kento Nakajima journeyed to Italy to shoot his first overseas drama series “CONCORDIA” as a true international actor. Coming to streaming services in 2024, the dystopic thriller is helmed by critically acclaimed producer Frank Doelger (Game of Thrones, The Swarm, etc.) and features Nakajima as “A.J. Oba,” the ruthless and cunning CTO of a futuristic A.I. tech company. Before that, he will also take on the big screen as the voice of human protagonist Noah Diaz in the August Japanese release of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
