Guests Lu Young, Susan Dugle, and Karn Perry join me to discuss details about Kentucky United We Learn Council, Profile of a Learner, and Local Accountability.  All of these components are included in the new Accountability Framework that will be presented at the KDE Town Hall by Commissioner Dr. Robbie Fletcher. There have been years of work to get Kentucky to this point with a lot of stakeholders involved.
