Kenya's Attorney-General as well as legal promoters and supporters of the Building Bridges Initiative Bill, have filed an appeal in the Court of Appeal, to dislodge the High Court's ruling that threw out the plan to change the country's constitution.
Five High Court judges ruled last week that the bill was irregular, illegal and unconstitutional.
