The Kenyan High Court has declared a bill that was approved by Parliament and Senate following a historic handshake, between President Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga, unconstitutional. As James Shimanyula reports, five judges of the court ruled that the bill, known as Building Bridges Initiative, in short BBI, is illegitimate and violates the country's constitution.
