In II Corinthians 1, the scripture records: "It is God who enables us to stand firm in Christ." I remember reading once of an elder gentleman known for his godly life. He was asked one day “What do you do when you aretempted?” He replied, “I just look up to heaven and say, ‘Lord, your property is in danger.’ We are His bride, His sheep and His children and when the enemy of our soul sees that we are God's, he has to respect it.
