I met Pia via twitter, Her picture went viral. It wasn't a thirst trap or a picture of her and a kitten. It was the realest photo of the horror of having an eating disorder. Pia is an inspiration, surviving and eating disorder with only a few days to live she got the help she needed and is sharing her story with us today.
