Keto Peanut Butter Cookies / Protein Bar

  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Stevia to sweeten
  • Mix all ingredients, at room temperature, (I use my breadmaker) until it's dough like.

    For peanut butter cookies bake at 190C/370F for about 20 minutes, let cool, then put in the freezer overnight.

    Or for protein bars, skip the oven and freeze overnight.   You can also add the mass to keto chocolate as a layer or cover in keto chocolate
