Kevin graduated from SSU in 2006 and wrote “Bench Rules: A Guide to Success On and Off the Bench” about his time spent as a men’s basketball player at SSU, where he saw his role go from redshirt, to little used bench player, to all conference guard over a five year period. Coach Fuscaldo and Christensen discuss the stories and lessons from the book and the ways in which players and coaches today can use them to find their own motivation and success.
