Alt. comedy standup and writer Kevin Day – who’s written for legends Dave Allen, Ronnie Corbett and Bob Monkhouse and who writes for popular BBC TV news panel show Have I Got News for You – reflects on how he writes and performs, thinks about the late great comedy impresario Addison Cresswell and gives his judgment on the deceased American shock comic Bill Hicks.
