Such is the case of Kevin Doyle, owner of the Celtic Ray Public House in Punta Gorda, Florida. Which, is perhaps the oldest Irish pub in the state. The local landmark pub is only part of his story despite it's 24-years on the Gulf Coast. It's not all pints, live entertainment, Fish-N-Chips and friends down at the pub. This is Volume 3 of our conversation where Kevin and I discuss what is an amazing journey.
