Everyone has a story, it's just that some are more interested than others. That's the case with Kevin Doyle, owner & Publican of the Celtic Ray Public House in beautiful Punta Gorda, Florida. We've been exploring an incredible life story with Kevin and the founding and forming of the Pub. As we move into the late 90's and early 2000's, we now explore some of the concepts that Kevin wanted to instill in his Pub, including the idea of "we" with his staff and trying to understand what is called the 80-10-10 rule.  The early days of the pub also included some interesting bar staff. We explore that, the nearly immediate need for expansion (a theme that would keep going for a long, long time!) and talk about the early days of the Pub.
