Kevin Durant was the first to speak at Nets Media Day and really set the tone for what’s to come over the course of this season. He talked about the trade demands over the summer, what led him to that place, and why he was at odds a bit with management. But there was also talk of getting back on the same page and what the Nets have set out to accomplish this season. It was a refreshingly honest take from Durant and a look into what’s gone on with this team over the last year or so.
