Kevin Heffernan is a co-founder and managing director at Rise Collaborative, a news and entertainment platform that covers culture and lifestyle in Buffalo, Rochester and Western New York at large. Kevin and his team is also putting on the Queen City Quarantine Concert on Saturday April 25 at 7:00 p.m. The concert will feature local musical and entertainment acts to raise money for charities in Buffalo.
