One topic when talking with people seems to always spark an engaging conversation is dating and relationships. Dating and relationships has so many components like age, race, religion, money, appearance, etc. A lot people can relate to each other in the experiences they have in those areas. I really enjoy talking with people about their experiences and things they have learned.

Some of my passions are health and fitness, writing, helping people get their stories published. 

I love going to the gym and I take my health seriously by also changing my diet. Over the years I’ve been learning more about mental health. I will have experts in these fields discussing areas of mental and physical health.

Over the years I’ve worked with several clients helping them become authors. I love working with people because I always learn something that I can apply to my life. Whether it’s different ways to pray, build a brand, or learning about mental health. I look forward to having them on so they can share their experiences and you can learn some things from them.
