LA Wanliss speaks to script editors Hanif James and Kevin Jackson on their process of editing Caribbean stories for screen. Script editing is an underused tool in the local Jamaican film industry; one which is vital for the development of films that do not simply replicate experiences, but also force us to engage with larger questions. 

Both Hanif and Kevin participated in the Feature Film Lab JA as a script editor and screenwriter respectively.
