This episode tells the story of Kevin McCallister, a young boy who gets accidentally left behind when his family goes on a Christmas trip to France. Kevin initially enjoys having the house to himself but soon has to defend it from two burglars known as the Wet Bandits. Kevin sets up elaborate booby traps all over the house, leading the bandits into one trap after another. Eventually, he lures them to the attic and ziplines to his treehouse, but they catch him before he can call the police. Just as they are threatening Kevin, his neighbor, who saw the commotion, hits one of the burglars over the head and calls the police. The Wet Bandits are arrested, Kevin survives, and his family returns home to find he has cleaned and decorated the whole house for Christmas.
