Jochen (Joe) Krebs speaks with Kevin O’Brien about his experiences with Open Space and Agile at the innovative company W.L. Gore, better known for their products, for example GoreTex(R). Kevin shares how a boss-less leadership team uses a creative way of fostering a culture of innovation. He also pre-announced a manifesto for great work cultures by the end of 2015. Kevin O’Brien is an organizational advisor, open-space facilitator, and certified scrum master. Am chemical engineer by training, he worked for seven years at W.L. Gore. Kevin is also a champion for great work cultures, a movement dedicated to unleashing the the power within every human organization. He currently resides in the city of Philadelphia.
