Today on the podcast I was very lucky to have Kevin Palmieri who is the CFO, Founder & Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement podcast with more than 900 episodes reaching over half a million people in more than 120 countries.

In his mid 20's... he had it all. A beautiful girlfriend, a high paying job, a sports car, my dream body... but Kevin still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide... several times.

After his rock bottom moment, Kevin went all-in on self-improvement, he was determined to overcome his anxiety, to overcome his depression. Kevin was determined to live his dream life.
