Honorable discharged from the Army in 1977 and has lived in Washington State since 1987. Has trained and worked as a police officer and detective and served as a detective sergeant. Just recently resigned as the MUFON State Director for Washington. And, of course, has a life-long commitment exploring the UFO mystery.
