Philip Mantle is a veteran UFO researcher, author and publisher is the UK. He has been actively involved in UFO research and investigation for nearly 40 years and during that time he was part of the Yorkshire UFO Society, the British UFO Research Association and the Mutual UFO Network. In 2015, he founded FLYING DISK PRESS and has so far published 3 UFO books from Poland, Romania and the USA with more to come.
