This episode with Kevin Wright is an experiment. I wanted to see if there are commonalities between people and places in how they experience hard times and how to navigate them, to come out the other side a better place (or a better person).

While "the unexamined life is not worth living," is a stronger stance than I take, I do believe the examined life allows a person to get smarter about how to live it. 

So, that's what I do here—reflect on my life or something from life. My hope is that my public reflections prompt your own private reflections and that together we build a life with a little more breathing room, a little more intelligence, a little more forgiveness for ourselves and those we love.
