1️⃣ Self-Awareness: We should be able to lead ourselves before we think of leading others. Do you know who you are? What are you passionate to do in life? What kind of projects drain you off? Do you take care of your physical and mental health? Are you in control of your emotions and thoughts?
Investment in our personal growth and development is one of the biggest investments in life.
2️⃣ Trust: The foundation of a high performing team is trust. If a team doesn't trust each other, they will break up faster than ever. They are not gonna have a healthy debate and discussion. You will find it way harder to setup common goals and objectives.
3️⃣ Character & Confidence: Are you somebody I can form a healthy and friendly relationship with? Are you somebody I can trust on?
4️⃣ Competence: Are you competent enough to lead teams? Have you showcased results in your role? What would you love to/ not love to emulate/not emulate from your leader?
