We all have turning points in our life where we made decisions that have changed the course and direction of our life. Dr. Lona and I discuss the awakening to our true power by way of experiences that we believe occur for our benefit and opportunity to grow and evolve. The power lies in realizing how we choose and that we did choose either way. Growth comes as the result of seizing, remembering or discovering our power in these natural speed bumps. You might say this is The Hero's Journey. I think we'd both agree.
