Jen Hopp (@hopp.vc) is the founder of ATO (Against the Odds) Ventures, a venture capital firm based out of San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She built and sold a technology startup while living in San Francisco during the golden age of Silicon Valley.  Along with being a peak performing business person and investor she is also a peak performer in her fitness, health and mindfulness.  We get into how she is able to perform at a high level in all these different areas of her life.  Jen gives her insights on how you too can build a successful business without sacrificing your health and well-being.
