The Texas Mountain-Laurel, Sophora secundiflora, is a small, native, evergreen tree or large shrub. This tree typically grows up to 20 feet tall with one or more trunks up to 8 inches in diameter, with a compact, oval crown of glossy, dark green foliage. Our co-national champions are 40 feet tall with a 20 foot diameter crown spread.
