In Genesis 35, Jacob is called back to Bethel—a place where God had met him before. But returning to Bethel meant leaving behind old idols, receiving a new identity, and continuing to trust God even through hardship.

As followers of Jesus, we can experience the reality of what God has already done while still waiting for all He has promised to be fulfilled.

Life is short, but God is eternal. In Psalm 90, Moses reminds us that our days are numbered and challenges us to live with wisdom, intention, and eternal purpose. Instead of chasing what time will erase, we’re called to pursue what God will establish.

Fear has a way of keeping us stuck, but faith calls us to move forward. In Genesis 32–33, Jacob faces the fear of his past, brings his burden before God, clings to God's promises, and steps forward in faith. This message reminds us that when we trust God's faithfulness over our fears, He is able to bring restoration, peace, and hope on the other side of our "perhaps."

In Genesis 28, Jacob discovers that following God means leaving the familiar behind, trusting His presence every step of the journey, and choosing daily to walk in His ways.
