+++ TOUGH LOVE, YIKES +++
The very thought of these two words tough + love being together almost seems like an oddity. Should they co-exist?
Some people have different views on it and I have my own thoughts, which I'll reserve for you to be the judge after listening to this episode.
My guest - Timothy Lupfer - believes in tough love from a leadership perspective and how that helps effective leadership.
You'll be surprised to hear what he had to say.
He has a contrarian viewpoint especially when it comes to the word charisma. How does that fit into this tough-love discussion?
That is something you'll also discover on this show.
