Welcome to Pushing the Limits! 

Our very first episode of this journey begins with CrossFit Games athlete, Khan Porter. Not only is Khan a well-known athlete in the CrossFit community, having competed at the Games 6 times, but he is also well-known for being outspoken and supportive of mental health. In this episode we delve into topics relating to the mind; what Khan has been doing during quarantine to maximise the use of his time for both training and his mental well-being.

I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to Khan; it felt like catching up with an old friend! He gave me a lot of insight into the importance of mental care and maintenance, and highlighted possibly the most important aspect I took away from this conversation; the importance of PLAY.
