Chp. 33 verse 17 - Chp. 34 verse 28: Hashem concedes to Moshe's request. Moshe asks to see G-d's glory, He places him in the cleft of a rock and allows him to see His backside. Chp. 34, Hashem commands Moshe to hew out two new tablets and to bring them up the mountain. Hashem teaches him the thirteen attributes of mercy. Hashem promises to take them to the land but He warns them not to make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, for it will lead to idol worship. Commands about idols, Pesach, redemption of the firstborn, Shabbos, Shavuous, bechurim, and the prohibition of milk and meat.
