Q: In which relationships in your life are you 'the lead' and in which are you a 'supporter actor' or a 'bit player'? 

I know, seems like an odd question, but the truth is that at every moment we are managing different roles for different people in our lives.

This week we go deeper into the idea that it's ok at times to not be 'the lead' and that the smaller role we play is not actually small at all.

The key for us is appreciating when and where we lead and where we don't 

AND 

perhaps equally as important is appreciating who is now or has in the past played those roles for us.
