Introducing a NEW segment called Kristyn's Inspiration Corner (KIC for short) where I bring y'all something that I heard, saw, listened to, etc. that inspired me. Knowing and hoping that it can inspire you too! While these segments will be shorter episodes, it won't have any less amazing content. I want you to come curious and leave inspired!

This week, I found inspiration from 2 songs that brought me back in time and 1 song, "7 and 70" by Spencer Crandall, that helped me work through difficult feelings of time passing and painful moments of my past. Consider this a little bit like a current letter to your younger self AND a future letter to your current self. Hope you come curious and leave inspired!
