'Focus on solutions, not on problems.' "1,5 mins" rule is really helpful. It nips in the bud your negative thinking. Otherwise, you are gonna spend too much time on such deconstructive activity as worrying. 'Focus on things that you control and let go things you can't control.' Just another brilliant and simple guide. It sounds like that mantra, isn't it?

Each lesson is easy to follow and contains a list of positive daily affirmations that are useful to help break the cycle of negativity that comes with worrying. I like to choose my favorite from the list and carry it with me to refer to whenever I feel the need. The day-by day structure is useful as it provides bite-size lessons perfect for my busy life.

This question can be used so many Times to take away, anxiety, worrying etc. would it help to be nervous? No, it wouldn't so why worry? Why be anxious? Great book that make the reader realize that our mind is our biggest asset and our biggest enemy.
